Certain U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provide consumers with the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
What does “sell” or “share” mean?
Under applicable privacy laws, the terms “sell” and “share” are defined broadly. A “sale” may include the disclosure of personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. “Sharing” refers to the disclosure of personal information to a third party for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising. These definitions may include the use of cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies used for advertising and analytics purposes.
Do we sell or share personal information?
Akralos does not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, our use of analytics and advertising technologies, including cookies and pixels (such as Meta Pixel and similar tools), may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under certain state privacy laws.
The categories of personal information that may be sold or shared include (i) identifiers (such as IP address); or (ii) internet or other electronic network activity information. The categories of third parties include (i) analytics providers; or (ii) advertising and marketing providers

Your right to opt out
You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information at any time. You may exercise this right by adjusting your preferences in our Privacy Preference Center, including by rejecting non-essential cookies used for advertising or analytics.

What happens after you opt out?
Once your preferences are updated, Akralos will stop selling or sharing your personal information as required by applicable law. Your ability to access and use our website will not be affected, although certain advertising or analytics features may no longer be available.
