Brad Dalke

Brad Dalke serves as chief operating officer of Akralos, where he oversees both the business and manufacturing operations of the business. With more than 35 years of experience in the animal agriculture industries, Dalke specializes in building high-performing teams that improve efficiencies, reduce cost and maximize profitability.

Before joining Akralos, Dalke served as vice president of animal nutrition at ADM, overseeing its U.S. feed business. Over his 27 years at ADM, he held various leadership positions, including director of commercial feed, manager of domestic corn co-products, beef and liquid feed business manager, and director of ruminant technical services. Prior to joining ADM, he worked as a nutritionist and location manager in the feedlot industry.

Dalke received a bachelor’s degree and PhD from Kansas State University in animal sciences and ruminant nutrition and earned a master’s degree in animal nutrition from the University of Idaho. He and his family live in Quincy, Illinois.
